Our Utility Leadership
Patrick Driscoll, our Vice President of Utility, is a recognized leader in our industry thanks to his successful team-building and project management. His expertise comes in transmission and distribution, as well as substation construction. Patrick, and his 38 years of experience, are the backbone of Homeland’s Utility division, with leadership and knowledge that cannot be understated.
Thomas Raye, our Utility Superintendent, holds an extended background in line construction and team management. He is responsible for our utility crews, no matter where they are mobilized. Tommy’s 25 years of experience, and the knowledge he holds, are critical to the success of our Utility division.
Patrick and Tommy both began their careers working in the field. Having completed apprenticeship programs in IBEW Local 567 and 104 respectively, and working for years in the industry, the two leaders understand what is required to complete projects in a realistic and efficient manner.
