Senior Electrical Estimator

Mike comes to us with over 40 years of experience in the electrical construction field. After completing his apprenticeship in the IBEW/JATC program, he began working his way up through the ranks, from Foreman to General Foreman and then to Project Manager, finally settling into the role that suits him best; a large-project Senior Electrical Estimator. Mike's years of experience in the industry, both in the field and in the office, provides him with critical knowledge and enables him to accurately assess job costs and the ability to value engineer when requested by our contractors.

Project Manager

Mike comes to us with over 5 years of project management experience in the construction industry. He has found himself solely responsible for projects on occasion, with values ranging from under one million dollars to upwards of thirty million dollars. These projects were located all across the continental United States, from California, to Colorado, and New England. Mike has a strong aptitude for operations management and project cost control, which are critical for completing projects on-time and on-budget. In his spare time, Mike enjoys barbecuing and golfing.

Jaryd Plante

Assistant Project Manager/Estimator

Jaryd comes to us through the Local 103 Apprenticeship program which he attends currently. He also attends the night program at Wentworth Institute of Technology, in pursuit of his Project Management degree. Jaryd's technical aptitude blends perfectly with Homeland's use of advanced job cost and management software. Ambition and drive is what makes Jaryd a truly valuable part of the Homeland team.
