Jonathan B Carpenter

President of Operations

Jonathan comes to us with over 25 years of experience in the operations sector of multiple major electrical projects. A lifelong member of IBEW Local 103, he has the background and knowledge to lead Homeland into the future and beyond. Jonathan combines old-school values with a modern understanding of the technology needed to compete in an ever-changing and advancing market. He has successfully led projects such as the Salem Harbor Power Station and the response to the Merrimack Valley Natural Gas Disaster of September 2018. Both jobs required hundreds of men and women to manage, track, assign work, bill, and successfully complete the project. Now, in an executive role along with his close family member, Jonathan is bringing the best of both worlds to provide the most efficient, competent, profitable, and safe experience to all of Homeland's clients.

Patrick Driscoll

Vice President of Utility

Patrick joins Homeland with a 38-year career in the electrical construction industry. He has in-depth experience in the transmission and distribution business, as well as associated operations such as ROW. His early career includes substation construction, T-line construction, and modernization work across the United States. Patrick's career included a 4-year IBEW apprenticeship, followed by his years as a journeyman electrician, a master electrician, and later the roles of a Foreman, Construction Manager, Senior Project Manager, and management of a company specializing in UG utilities. His experience successfully building teams and managing projects makes him a recognized leader in our industry today. Patrick was born and raised in Calais, Maine, so it should come as no surprise that he holds a USCG Masters License and frequently sails his 105-ft two-masted schooner up and down the Atlantic Coast. His family joins him as well, with his wife and daughters as part of the crew, bringing his family together to enjoy life as a team.
