Jennifer comes to us with over 20 years of experience in an executive office setting. She spent the first half of her life with a single company, managing intensive office operations. From their origins in an attic, to becoming a Fortune 500 company with locations all across the country, Jennifer's work made their growth possible . Her strengths lie in handling data and business analysis. Jennifer oversees job costing, as well as payroll tracking, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. She has also performed online marketing and is experienced in what it takes to grow a successful business. Through the years, Jennifer has acquired a unique skillset that helps her shine at organizing and managing Homeland's administrative responsibilities.
DIRECTOR OF Business Development
John comes to us with over 30 years of business development experience in the Electrical and Utility Construction Field. After graduating from Stevens Institute of Technology with a BS in Mechanical Engineering, he began a storied career working with some of the largest and most advanced companies around. John brings to Homeland the foresight and skill to develop the best relationships and working partnerships to carry us into the next decade and beyond.
Joe comes to us with over 10 years of experience in fleet management at a governmental level, where he established countless relationships with other business entities and personnel in order to continue the success of his department. This concept means that Joe brings a valuable skill to Homeland's Business Development ventures. His previous 30 years of experience led to a keen eye for organizational detail and structure. Joe is the brother-in-law to Jonathan Carpenter, President of Operations, bringing a sense of family values to the positive team culture at Homeland.
Pam Der Bogosian
Pam comes to us with over 35 years of business management & entrepreneurial experience. She was the President of a medical billing & consulting business for 13 years. She went on to manage a large medical practice for a community hospital and reported to the Chief Medical Officer. After leading the organization to a profit in her 1st year, Senior Management at the hospital nominated her for the 2015 YWCA Academy of Women. Pam’s strengths are in operations management, organizational development, and leadership. Pam has strong interpersonal skills, a proven ability to foster relationships at all levels, and is committed and passionate about any role she is in.
