Our Utility Team
Tommy joins us with an extensive work history in line construction and a reputation for team building, having delivered a significant number of safe and successful projects. His positive work performance is acknowledged by his peers and clients alike, along with his "get it done" spirit. Tommy is a graduate of the NJATC Apprenticeship Program at IBEW Local 1253 and a Journeyman Lineman of IBEW Local 104. Tommy's 25 years of experience includes working with voltages upwards of 345 KV, and working gloved with voltages of 15 KV. He holds the responsibility for all of our crews, wherever they are mobilized. Currently he is located at our Bangor office, which is the operations center for Homeland’s Utility division. Tommy lives in Maine with his family, who occupy his time when not on the job.

Steve brings over 30 years of electrical construction experience, including specialized training and endorsements in transmission, distribution line work, and power generation. His work history reflects a career focused on health and safety, including roles in training, operations, and safety management in the electrical construction industry. Steve’s formal training certifications, his professional affiliations, and the list of major projects that he has worked on, all speak to his dedication to the safety of those engaged on his sites.
